ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for analyzing accounts receivable, corresponding contra accounts and related revenue accounts, housed in multiple billing systems
• Assist with financial analysis including pro formas and other financial analysis as needed
• Manages staffing productivity system for Division by reviewing and recommending departmental targets, reviewing hospital FTE requests, and recommending ways that hospitals can improve efficiency or reduce cost
• All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of an accredited program; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred, or an equivalent 4 year degree with emphasis in healthcare administration required
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting and/or financial operations review. Prefer hospital/health care experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Requires strong analytical and organizational skills, high attention to detail, the ability to work well under tight deadlines, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within the organization
• Financial acumen and general business savvy: will be strong financially and committed to seeing that Health Management remains fiscally sound
