All Volunteers must be fourteen years or older and are required to complete a volunteer orientation, two TB tests and a background check which is all paid for by Hope HealthCare Services. After completion a volunteer can visit with patients in any of our Hospice Houses, at Nursing Homes or other facilities and patient homes.

Volunteer Programs include:

• Tansportation for patients and caregivers,
• Running errands and light chores
• All types of office skills are needed for computers, general office and office reception.
• Hope Chest retail store is staffed by volunteers
• Fundraising Events and Health Informational Fairs
• Hope Honor Guard and Veterans History Project,
• Memorial Support
• Pet Visitation
• 11th Hour Program
• Other additional programs that are presented during the orientation.
